I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was simply breathtaking, nestled in the beautiful Bavarian Alps. Being surrounded by nature was truly a treat. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, from the tasty breakfast buffet to the mouthwatering evening meals. Everything was spotless and modern, and the free WiFi was a great convenience. And let's not forget about the amazing breakfast! I highly recommend ordering their omelette; it was simply divine.

Additionally, the location was ideal for my business trip, being conveniently close to the city center and local transportation. I also appreciated the free parking on the property, which was a big plus.

The room was a bit small and lacked some basic amenities I would have expected, such as a minibar or tea/coffee facilities. The mattress was not as comfortable as I would have liked, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, it was clean and well-maintained. The noise level in the morning could also be a little disruptive due to the street traffic outside.

The breakfast and the view from the hotel were the best aspects of this stay during Christmas. The breakfast had a wide variety of food that satisfied everyone's taste buds, and the view from the hotel was perfectly tucked away from the city hustle and bustle. The hotel's location was perfect for a winter getaway as we had easy access to the slopes and ski resorts. the playroom was a bonus for the kids to have fun when we were not out.

The thin pillows, dimmable light, and the noisy windows in the morning were the worst aspects of the stay. The pillow not only looked thin but also felt that way, and it was hard to find a comfortable spot for our necks.
